Career Assessments — MBTI

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a tool that helps you identify different aspects of your personality including how you are energized, how you take in information, how you make decisions, and how you approach life. The MBTI may provide more applicable information for those individuals with more work and life experiences, although any UNLV student can complete it.

In addition, the MBTI:

• Provides a four-letter code that identifies your personality type
• Provides a Career Report that includes preferred work tasks and environments as well as suggested job families and occupations for your type

Make an Appointment
You must schedule an appointment to complete the MBTI in the Career Services computer lab. You will be required to schedule a follow-up appointment to view your results and discuss the meaning of those results with a trained staff member.
