Use the navigation bar on the top of the UNLV CareerLink page:

  1. Profile: Complete all fields as accurately as possible (some are required).
    • Your "Academic Info" will be used by the system to automatically screen for jobs and On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) interviews, when requested by employers in their postings and schedules.
    • Be sure to enter a good e-mail address to get automated reminders and/or notifications from Career Services.
    • Demographic information you supply may be used by UNLV Career Services in reports and/or to discover needs of users, without identifying specific students.
  2. Documents: You must upload at least one resume into UNLV CareerLink to be able to sign up for OCR interviews, apply for job/internship postings through the system, and/or be included in the Resume Books.
    • Resume Books: Your "default" resume (usually the first one you upload) is automatically included in these searchable databases for use by approved employers hiring for their own organizations.
    • If you are not job searching, remove your resume from all Resume Books searches by using the "Privacy" tab under your "Profile".
    • You may upload up to 10 resumes, cover letters, and other documents. Do not include personal information like Social Security numbers on resumes.
    • For resume critiques by a Career Counselor, look for our walk-in hours.
    • If you have any questions, please call Career Services at 702-895-3495.
