Request an Information Session, Marketing Table, or Special Event:
- Sponsored if reserved through Career Services (UNLV CareerLink), at no cost to employers for room, parking, set-up and audiovisual equipment.
- All events are on the UNLV Campus
- Catering is available from Sodexo at UNLV for a charge - indicate on CareerLink request form and contact Sodexo directly at 702-895-2650.
- Log onto UNLV CareerLink and click "Events" on top navbar. Then click the "Information Sessions & Marketing Tables" tab.
- Information Sessions Provides comfortable room on the first or second floor of our Student Union (SU) or another facility. Can specify room set-up, audiovisual equipment, and special needs.
- Marketing Tables: Areas available include:
- Student Union (SU): Provides 5’ x 2’ table on first floor of the heavily trafficked Student Union. No electricity.
- SU Pida Plaza: Provides table outside in front (north side) of the Student Union.
- SU Courtyard: Provides table outside on south side of Student Union.
- Beam Hall (BEH) Atrium: Provides table for hospitality companies in the first floor Atrium of Beam Hall. Must coordinate with the Bob Boughner Career Services Center for the College of Hotel Administration at 702-895-5553/5554 for initial date/time approval, and then request through UNLV CareerLink.
- Alumni Walk: Free speech area near Lied Library. No reservation needed, but submit through UNLV CareerLink for promotion. Must bring your own table and/or other needs.

Cancel an Information Session, Marketing Table, or Special Event

As soon as possible, but no later than seven days before the event, please call 702-895-3928. UNLV Career Services usually covers all costs for your events; in the case of a late cancellation, we may incur charges for an event that did not occur.
